Complex aromas with notes of strawberry and raspberry and undertones of violets. Soft and velvety on the palate with a fruity character that persists through to the aftertaste. Aftertaste of red fruits.

Pairing: Thanks to its freshness and acidity, this rosé is suitable for cured meat dishes and for all kinds of rice and pasta dishes. It is also recommended with salads.
